Vice President, General Counsel & CCO

Charlotte joined Fifth Down in 2024. She has over 20 years of experience as a legal and business advisor to senior management teams, Boards of Directors and investors.  Prior to joining Fifth Down, Charlotte served as the General Counsel to Skillz Inc. (NYSE: SKLZ), a long-term technology company client where she was a key leader as Skillz went public in 2020. Prior to joining Skillz, Charlotte served as a member of the law firm Mintz Levin for more than 20 years, advising companies in all life-stages and investors on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint ventures across a range of industries. Charlotte earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law and has a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.
